How to face critical conditions in life?

In our life we face many conditions. Some of them are really critical to handle. We can lose our relation, our business, our job or our confidence, due to the fact we couldn't handled the situation properly. In this article we will see How to face/handle critical conditions in our life?Many of us has a self confidence but at the times we couldn't manage to use it properly. Also our friends and colleague may tell us that, "You have confidence, but you need to use it, at proper times." But one thing is clear that if some person doesn't have self confidence then this suggestion may not help him/her. But if you have confidence and want to improve your situations then read on this article.
 

1. Plan an act and do accordingly :


If you want to create self confidence then act! It will be difficult  to act in some situations but if you plan properly, keeping in mind, what do you want? What is the need of time, at that particular point?Then it will be easier for you to act. you can follow things to get it done easier for you :

Be present in present:


Concentrate on your work and results related to your work. If you have many thoughts in your mind then you can not concentrate on your work. So do not think about what happened in past and what will happen in  future? Just think of about your current work in hand and focus on present only. If you are observing that you are unable to concentrate your mind then try meditation. Take long breathes for some time. Keep your mind calm and focus on present.

 Release the tension:


Whenever you start your work you may feel that whether the work in hand complete in time? Whether it will help in your career? Will you be able to do it correctly? Avoid these thoughts. They may divert your mind somewhere else and you will waste your time thinking about waste things. Just relax your mood, do some other work that likes you, to divert these thoughts. But never allow any negative thoughts in your mind.

2. Face the fear, which in your mind to face problem properly.


Be alerted for every second


The fear in your mind may also divert your attention from your current work. Once you have accepted your then stick to until it is completed. Be alerted about your work only, when it is time for work. Do other things after that. We always mix the timings of doing most of the things and it creates difficulties in life. You will get more knowledge about your work if you become alerted about it. The knowledge about your work will help you to release the tension and fear about many questions regarding the work.

Don' keep previous thoughts about the work in mind.


Fear in our minds always depends upon negative thoughts and some previous negative experience about some work. But keep in mind always that fear kills our time and it increases the tension only. Due to someone had told you about something negative and that creates your first opinion. But don't rely on it always.

3. Try to understand the sequence of happening of things.


Sometimes after completing some work we may found that we had some fear about that work but then also you have completed the work successfully. Try to identify and understand such situations in your life. You will realize that many times your confidence increases with work completed and in fact you had fear for that particular work in past. So if understand the sequence of happenings of incidents and changes your thoughts you will realize that difficulties in life, are not that difficult to face.

4. Be prepared always:


You know and everyone knows that self confidence is the key to success. But to have this key with you are required to be prepared for things in your life. If don't know to react at particular incidents then it will create confusion in your mind and you will do really silly things in such conditions. But if you are aware of the steps that are required to handle particular situations in your life then you will not have confusion and your acts will be stronger in a particular direction.

5. Learn from failures:


Failures are the thing which is faced by every human at different stages of life. It is natural thing and many times it doesn't mean that you are lack of something. We can not control everything in this world and so after our hard try also we may failures in life and there is nothing wrong in that. But think differently here. Actually failure teaches you many things and makes you stronger. Don't bother about others and society, but think what you have learnt from the failure and don't repeat that mistake in life. If you omit single mistakes each time then one day, after some time you will be a perfect person. And you know that it takes time to do everything in life.

6. Realize your strong and weak points:


This is most important if you don't want to face same type failure again and if you want success in life. Realize and note down your strong and weak points and make list of them. After that think of each point and what you can do to make more stronger your strong points and how you can improve your weak points in psotive energy.
According to me  no one can suggest you more proper than yourself what changes you should make to improve more your stronger points and change weak points in to positive energy. Remember you are the only owner of your thoughts and you can definitely control it but thing required is will to improve yourself and  to handle difficulties in life?
