Elements of self improvement.

Self improvement is not short period process. It takes time, tests your patience and also it requires and hard work with your 100% attention. You must be alerted each second when you are applying the process of self improvement. Any second you might be caught in the things which can spoil all your hard work and you can lose all your progress in second!

I would like to describe some elements of self improvement and requirements for self improvements in this post. So lets start our journey of self improvement. There may be various elements regarding the subject of self improvement which may differ from author to author, but I will try cover all the elements here. Because I want you to be self improved complete man, no matter what is your race, region and other conditions.

Self Confidence:

: Here is the most important factor in the process of self improvement. Many of us think that we can not improve ourselves much now due to their different conditions and age etc. But this thinking is first obstacle in the process. I think everyone can improve himself/herself. There is chance for everyone but only if you accounts for it. You have to leave such negative thoughts in anyway. Remember single negative thought can bring down all of your progress in second! You will leave here and the process ends here. But to avoid this think that you can.

Self Esteem:

Self esteem means what you thing about yourself? How you calculate and predicts yourself? It is the thing, very much important. Because what you will do to you?, How you behave depends particularly upon how you feel of yourself i.e. self esteem.

The way of thinking:


There are many ways of thinking. You may be aware of the fact that there are mainly two ways of thinking and that are positive thinking and negative thinking. In the process of self improvement and personality development you have to increase the positive thinking and decrease the negative thinking. The process of self improvement and personal development goes through the process of increase in positive thinking. Positive thinking has lot of power and it can either make you or if you have negative thinking then it can break you.

Caring:


You should care about yourself. Your physical health, mental health, confidence, self esteem are more important to you than anything, if you want to improve yourself. You must take care of yourself and your thoughts also. Caring about yourself also helps to increase self esteem and confidence. So be careful about yourself, your emotions and your feeling.

Control:


Sometimes in critical situations we can't control ourselves which makes situations more critical. In self improvement you have to learn to control your mind, your feelings and your emotions. This will help to you in avoiding critical conditions and making simple conditions to critical.

Managing yourself:


Managing yourself is art. You should be fit in every situation, every condition and every environment. Other peoples are not going to change for you. Rather I would like to ask you,"Are you going to change yourself for comfort of others?" This question is very critical and most of the times you will say yes. But if you think to change yourself then you will get lot of problems and you will try to avoid these things. Not sure! Try it yourself!
Actually everyone wants that mistakes are made by other peoples and you are clean. But it is not true, in any way. If you are thinking like this, then others might think in the same way. Well you don' know what others are thinking. You don't have ability to read minds of other peoples, which makes this world more critical. But one thing is better than best and that is you can read yourself. You can change yourself. It will take little time and some efforts but be sure you can be what you wanted to be!
