Self improvement- where to start?

Well you want to improve yourself and thinking about where to start and to start the process of self improvement? You may face some questions like What should I improve in me? How to recognize weak points in me? How should I find out the areas which are needed to improve in me?
The process of self improvements starts from yourself. First of all, you have to recognize the fact that  you are the only person who can find answers to these questions. There are some ways which can be followed in this process:
1. Join some self improvement training course. It may cost you some but it will definitely help you to find your way in the process of self improvement.
2. You can try some books which are very well written on this subject and can guide you in the journey.
3. Third and best way according to me, is start the process yourself. It is most important to note that when you start process yourself then you will try to identify weak ares in you. By starting this process yourself you are agreeing that you need to do some changes in you. Most of the peoples think that they complete and perfect so they don't need to change themselves in any way. Always people refuse accept that they problems and they can find solution to it. But remember always accepting that you have problem is very first step to solve problem in any area of life.
But for starting the process of self improvement by yourself you need some guidance and  your basic concepts about self improvements should be clear. To identify the areas in which you need improvement you can follow one simple step. Whenever you have time sit back and calm yourself. Don't think anything other than than you. Remember the important things from morning. You may scolded your wife or children due to some reasons or you might have been angry with your assistant or your boss may have scolded you. Think of such situations and try to find out in which situations you lost control on yourself. Also find out the things which should have been avoided you to get in such conditions. You may find some things, if followed earlier by you may have been helpful in avoiding these situations. If you can not find any such things then you have to assume following two things completely:
1. First accept one thing completely that you have done something wrong and that's why people are doing wrong with you and you are getting angry which helps to make such conditions more critical. If you accept the problem is with you then only you can proceed to solve it.
2. Make yourself more calm. See such situations as third person, as if you are seeing yourself and observing your mistakes.
Here some steps summarized for you:
1. Accept: Accept that you have to make some changes in you so that things will run smoothly and well for you.
2. Calm: Calm yourself to find out your mistakes. Try to observe you, your deeds and your role as third person and find out mistakes.
3. Find solution: You have problem and you are the only person that is most eligible to find out solution. Look everyone has different conditions and situations that can be identified by completely by himself only. You have to find out the solution which suits you best and which is less harmful to you.
4. Practice: Practice the solution which is find out by you in step 4, whenever you are locked in critical conditions, according to you.
