We are forced to busy and dynamic lifestyle everyday. We have lot of work and still we have to complete this work in same 24 hours as before. The complexity in relationship has been increasing day by day. Everything in life is becoming so fast and everything in life gives us some stress. In this article we will discuss two things:

Stress is very dangerous thing which is faced by everybody in our day to day life. Stress has effects on entire body, personality and other aspects of your life and you might be completely unaware of these effects. So it is better to know the everything about stress.

What is stress?


Our mind always try to be in safe compartment. It will not allow to leave our regular comfort zone easily. But in life everything can't happen according to our wish and we have to make adjustments in our life. There is nothing wrong in this condition but our mind internally resist such sudden changes but due to speed and force of our life we can't recognize it.
Thus stress is nothing but response buy our nervous, emotional system when we try to leave or when we forced to leave our regular comfort zone.
Life is not only about choosing but it is more about facing. But some conditions are so critical that we can't handle these conditions in normal way. In such situations stress comes in to act. The demand and deadlines of today's lifestyle creates only frustration which can be interpreted by thread by our internal mind.
In reality it is actually the defense mechanism by our body so that we should not harm our lifestyle or life in either physical or emotional way.

Side effects of stress:


The side effects of stress are very deep and can not cured easily. Stress effects are dangerous and initially you can not recognize any effects but they are only recognized after their prolonged effect on our body. Stress affects our body in almost every way possible and it definitely reduces our senses and our life. You will experience that you are dying internally for every second but it will also be very difficult to come out of such situations. Thus if we consider it in broad way, the stress affects in following ways on your body:

  3. Emotionally




  4. Cognitive behavioral 




  5.  Behavioral.



  6. Thus if you know the reality that above five things are very important in every aspect of our life and if we loose these what can we do later? So it is better to know the stress, its side effects and ways to avoid this dangerous issue. It is up to you and it is only who can help in this category to solve your problems. The doctor will tell the steps but it is you who have to follow those steps. Now I will concentrate on the stress and next few articles will be dedicated to only stress due to its dangerous effects.
