Willpower is that thing which keeps us active and motivates us to keep up trying in the journey of reaching our goals. Most successful people in the world were able to achieve that success only due to their strong willpower. What keeps Edison keep trying even up failing for thousands of time in his experiments? What is the motive behind Lance Armstrongs success even after catched by Cancer? What was the motive Milkha Singh's success in his career as athlete even without any facilities? According to me it was their willpower which motivated them all the way to their success.
Willpower is not the that can be achieved by physical exercise or by taking any tablets. In life when we come across the situation  of failures and when we start thinking negatively our willpower starts decreasing. This condition of low willpower is very dangerous as it not only effect our mental health but also discourage ourselves by involving in next projects of our life.

  2. Yes! Break your goals in life to smaller ones. Smaller goals are easier to achieve and they will definitely boost your willpower when you achieve them. For ex: If you want to start a business then your first short-goal will be collecting all the information about your business. Once you complete this step then you can move to the process of registering your business. In this way whenever you achieve small goals your willpower to achieve next goal increased.

  3. Do not lose your Self Confidence:

Take your mistakes positively try not to repeat them. Mistakes are not bad things they give us opportunity to learn something everytime; only thing required is positive thinking.

For ex.If I could not buy suite worth 10,000 Rs at one time then I may decide that I must posses big amount of money so that I would never face such condition in life again. So that is the reason behind earning more money for me then I must remember this reason forever and I should memorize whenever I want leave from work. This is very small ex. and the reasons for achieving particular goals are different but these reasons will definitely keep you active and motivated throughout.

  11. Keep your Stress:
  12. Stress will not allow you to work in your normal flow and thats why when you are stressed you will not be able to achieve the work efficiency as your mind you will not be with you. So try to keep your stress away whenever you are working to achieve your goals.

  14. Hobbies keep our mind active and also helps to relax our mind. Relaxed mind can do more than a stressed mind. Everyone has some things which are liked by him/her very much.
